AutoCAD 2004/2005/2006 DWG Format

I  am in desperate need of a new machine, and am trying to determine the ideal requirements for AutoCAD 2004 to run best. I understand the minimum requirements, but is there anything that I would optimize it without going overboard? I'm hoping to get something very basic that just runs AutoCAD. Have another computer for video, email, and everything else.

My apologies if this thread has been address previously.

With R2004, you don't need anything special, just Windows XP. Find a bargain at your local PC or office supply store and enjoy.
