Unhandled Exception are usually caused by misconfigured system files.
Unhandled Exception Problems usually happen when the computer's registry system overloads with to much data, or when certain system files become missing or broken.
A good quality registry fixer tool may be all you need: there are freeware as well as for-purchase options, I use a freeware called CCLEANER that does not seem to mess up AutoCAD afterwards (if you use another, you may need to repair/reinstall AutoCAD).
