AutoCAD 2004/2005/2006 DWG Format

Im using autocad 2006.  When I use mtext and choose symbols and do a CL it uses ISOCPEUR font and it will not let me change it.  I want to use TXT instead.  How can I do this?

That definition is not found in TXT font file.
