We area trying out new Windows 7 64 bit computer with our older 2004 files.
So far everything seems to be working except some plotting issues.
Our TIFF/JPEG logo came out black, just in 2004, newer versions worked fine. Staff switched from one to the other & it worked.
I could have sworn I tried out a pdf plot in 2004 and it worked fine. Now it isn't. I was coming here this morning to see it anyone else was having this problem and how to fix it.
We did have to tell the computer we had a different model of plotter than what we do as Xerox doesn't have a Windows 7 driver for our old plotter.

You can add your win7 OS printer into Autocad2004,I ever try to find solutions before I try this, when I got my solution then I came back to write it down here.
By the way, please do not hesitate contact me if needed.
Also, If you want something made in China, please don'T hesitate let me know, it is in my way to do this----advertising
following step: 1. run Autocad2004 2.click 'file' in autocad and select 'printer manager-----Me myself is Chinese, this is my translation from Chinese Menu into English, maybe not quite exact same words, but you should find near one' 3. double click 'adding printer guide' 4. click 'next' 5. select 'win OS printer' and click 'next' 6. select your printer in win7 OS and click 'next' 7. click 'next' 8. click 'next', you can change printer name shown on Autocad 2004 in this step. 8. click 'finish'. Now you can use this printer when you plot in Autocad2004.
