Is it possible to import BMP's into AutoCAD (or JPEGs for that matter)
WITHOUT them being linked to the external file? Kind of like Xref's can be
bound, why cannot BMP's or other images be "bound" into the file so that you
do not have to send the BMP along with the file to a consultant.
