Russian text style

The text style in my drawing is named Russian and uses the Times New Roman
font. The characters in the multiline text editor are the unicode symbols
for the Russian alphabet from the Times New Roman font. How are these
characters entered and why (on some machines) would they appear as question
marks?

Check out that Input Locales
includes a Russian language on those computers. For that go to Control
Panel-->Keyboard-->Input Locales. In that dialog box configure the keyboard
layout to suit. This is for W2K.

Regards,

Igor.
