Overlapping viewports dont show whats undeneath

Please help, in paperspace the viewports
that i created are overlapping each other and
i cant see the one below it. also, anything that
i draw is hidden under the viewports. how do i
make them see-through?

One or more of your viewports is set to something ofher than
SHADEMODE 2D.  Make each one current and change to 2D.
