Is it an MNS, MNU, MNC, MNR, MNL?

Is it an full or partial Menu?

If it was a commercial product... were there no instructions?

Does the seller offer any support?

MENU and MENULOAD are the two menuing commands...

Also Options > Files Tab > check for Menu settings paths & files...

And lastly Profiles (.ARG files), do you use them?

I would suggest you contact the source of the "Commercial Menu" for
assistance.

Ask the company you bought the program from for help, after you make doubly
sure it was designed for your version of AutoCAD.

Sounds like the Adesk folk are a little defensive allowing support for a
"Commercial Menu". I guess they do pay to keep this site up...

Tracy's last answer's probably the one to investigate though.
