LIST Command

I want to find the X,Y,Z co-ordinates of the apparent intersection of two 3D lines. How do I specify the line whose Z co-ordinate at the apparent intersection is required by me. The 'list' command gives erratic results. At times it gives the Z co-ordinate of the line lying above the other, at times of that which lies below and at other times it outputs zero Z values.
Shall be grateful to receive help on this

You always get the z value at the first picked line.

You need to know the relationship between the UCS and the objects.

I will ask again, are the two lines on parallel XY planes?

The two lines are skewed, i.e., the two lines can not be made to lie on the same plane. The UCS for both the lines is same

I tried.I first selected the line before giving the List command. It did not work.

If the UCS was set to say WCS and then the APParent intersection is taken
(noting first line selection) vs. setting the UCS to either line (UCS
OBject) and then doing the same vs. an arbitrary UCS and then comparing the
APParent intersection... all your reslult will vary as does the reference
length and angle... along with your viewing point.

This is to be expected if you aren't using the same reference in regards to
UCS and viewing point/angle. Maybe I am just having a hard time
understanding what it is you are trying to acheive again?

I am trying to draw a section of triangulation surface alog a given straight line. For this, I need the X,Y & Z values of the points on the sides of the triangles, the points being vertically above the apparent intersection of the section line and the sides of the triangle. Therefore I want the Z values to as on the sides of the triangles.
