Fatal Error: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x0004 Exception at 3092ce3eh

Our computer running AutoCad 2000i recently had to be restored from a hard drive image to another computer. AutoCad 2000i will not startup with the new setup. AutoCad R14 starts fine, with no problems. However, when I startup 2000i, I get the error:: "Fatal Error: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x0004 Exception at 3092ce3eh" immediately after Loading VBA startup file displays at the bottom.

I tried disabling Graphics Acceleration, as was suggested in other posts, but that did nothing. I attempted to start in safe mode w/ networking, but I get an error saying "Network: Network Driver appears to not be serving this directory".

The setup is on Windows XP SP3, Pentium Core2Duo 1.86ghz, 2 gb RAM, 80 gb HD, Intel Q965/Q963 integrated Graphics.

Thanks in advance for any help!

remove and reinstall 2000i yet? Ensure it is fully updated afterwards too.
