Denser hatching on screen

Hi all,

I am trying to use a dense hatch. can anyone help me override this error message?

Hatch spacing too dense, or dash size too small.

Will be really grateful if you could.

Use MaxHatch system variable to control hatch density
http://usa.autodesk.com/getdoc/id=TS17458

This was found in the Help and online at the Knowledge Base... and there is
also a MaxArray system variable which needs to be set in the same manner.

The Print density has to be right to have the desired effect on the drawing. max hatch trick didn't take. am still experimenting.

I take it you are trying to fill an area and the solid hatch option does
not work?
