Is there any program that links Autocad and excel like this: I mesure something in Autocad and the results appear in excel? Thanks

You mean using the "dist" command in AutoCAD and the result gets transmited to Excel? I'm pretty sure there's not such thing, although it could be done. The links to Excel that are available involve text labels, entities, or attributes.
