AutoCad 2002 on Windows 7

I am trying to run 2002 on Windows 7.
It worked when it was first loaded, but now crashed on startup, displaying the following error:
'FATAL ERROR: UNHANDLED e06d7363h Exception at 74ddb727h'
Any suggestions? - I tried changing the administrator password but no difference.
Thanks.

I had the same problem in Vista as well as Windows 7, runs for a while the when I start it up it crashes and won't even open.

What I've found to make it run & open ,(And it makes no sense to me) is to put my thumb drive in and then it will let me open the program. If I take the thumb drive  out and try try to open Acad 2002 it immediately crashes worked this way in Vista as well.

Very Strange, however after a while in Vista the thumb drive solution stopped working, maybe it will happen in Windows 7 too.

64 bit to 32 bit must lie at the heart of the problem.

Hope this helps.

Install XP mode & Virtual PC and Autocad 2002 will work fine, I had problems for a long time  with Vista and Windows 7 , Installed it and it works great.Cool Beans !!
