Need a good tutorial to create animation

I am a beginner for 3ds max,.

I need to create a animation like attached link Knee implant animation,.

Especially at 1.50 (partially hiding attaching some components) in that animation.

Please help me to create that by providing any links of good tutorials,.

What you are asking is a massive question and we don't know what state of learning that you are at. For me to tell you how to do this I would have to write you a book on how to use Max. 

So what have you tried, how much do you already know.

Earlier days I created a simple chain animation using max by watching some video tutorial.

As I mentioned I'm a beginner, Last one week only I'm practising 3ds max by using the book " Mastering 3ds max 2013" It contains 1100 pages and I completed 155 pages,.

We are using solidworks and max as I know creating a animation (like mentioned in previous message) using inventor or solidworks will be very difficult so I'm planning to create by using Max,.

Even though I am learning max it will take more days to complete the task,. 

This is my situation,.
