sketchbook designer 2012 fullscreen mode

hey folks!

i rly looked around for this one, but can't find any answers.

is ther a way to set sketchbook designer 2012 into fullscreen mode? 

i'm on os x lion and the program works without any flaws, but as i also 

sketch in sketchbook pro, where it is possible to switch off the ui and go into

full screen mode, i'd  like to do this in this designer software aswell!

also i'd like to know, how i can select the content of a whole layer...in other programms i usually hold down cmd and click the layer in the layerlist, but that doesn't seem to work here...
