Hello,
I'm running Alias 2011 education on Win7 64bit with a Wacom Intuos 3.
I have this strange problem where holding down the mouse, for instance to select multiple objects or draw a curve, causes the program to behave unexpectidly. Btw using the laptop track pad has the same result.
I'm not sure how to describe it properly so I've attached some examples. Basically Alias seems to think the mouse is a great distance to the right while the click is held down. Whatever is going on it makes the program unusable.
The first image shows when the mouse is down, the second when it is released, while drawing a curve.
I hope this is an easily fixed problem and would appreciate a solution,
Many thanks,
Anthony
Is this happening in a specific file or all files ?
Have you checked using another mouse ?
Hi Anand,
Thanks for your reply. I solved this problem by reverting back to an earlier driver for the Wacom tablet.
I'm not sure where the problem lay since Alias was the only program where this occured.
Thats why sticking to Qual. Charts is very crucial in case of alias.
Alias is not forgiving software when it comes to specific hardware like graphics card and driver versions.
