Hello, I am having the biggest trouble of activating my Autocad Alias, that I just downloaded. Whenever I open the program, and click on activate, then select connect and activate, it asks me for the product serial, then I type it and does not allow me to continue, saying the product serial is wrong. I tried activating the product online with a request code, but then it makes me choose the product, and gives me only two options Alias 2010 and Alias 2011, while I downloaded 2012... Anyways I try with either of the available products, and it still does not work. I have been trying to find someone to contact, but it has been a true waste of time and nerves. Can someone please help me, because I really need to get this program running soon? Thank you in advance!
