Help needed by Newby on Alias- Please Help

Hi
i´m new to this board.
i´m studying Industrial Design so now i need to get me a new pc to work with Alias and some other programs.
i made some research on my own, but before i spent the little bit of money that i have, i would need some help/advice, about how that pc should be, i mean the included components
i found that one:
Intel Core 2 Quad Q9300 (2.50 GHz ; 6 MB L2 ; 1333 MHz)
4 GB RAM (2x 2 GB)
750 GB HDD
S-ATA; DVD-SuperMulti (DL);
NVIDIA GeForce 9600GT; 512 MB;
Ethernet 10/100/1000B-TX
Windows Vista Home Premium

espacially the graphics card, is it good enough?
Is it good enough to work "alias" on it? i mean, i know that there always can be a better pc, but that´s the best one i´ve found with the money i´ve got.
I would be very grateful if i could get a little bit of help
Thank You

I was trying to run Alias on an unsupported graphics card and while it did work it gave me som really annoying bugs, like the grid would suddenly dissapear.
My tip to you would be to check out Quadro cards on ebay.
I just bought a Nvidia Quadro FX 1700 on ebay for about $200, and here in sweden it would have cost me about $700.
It seams alot of people take these kinds of cards out of brand new workstations so you can get a really good price.

And it works perfect now!
