Transform bug!!

Hi Guys,

My problem is that when moving objects Alias is acting very erratically

If I have an object selected and then choose 'move', the next click of the mouse will result in the object jumping to a new location (also moving the position in other viewports)

Also, if i want to make a curve, for example, in the 'top' viewport, Alias will create the points miles underneath the top view plane ie the Z co-ordinate will not be 0 but a random value.

As you can imagine it's driving me mad.

I have tried both 2011 and 2012, clean installs etc

Once i have started a file in either version it also seems to become 'infected' and behaves the same on other systems which normally work OK.

I am running Windows 7 64 bit, 3mb RAM, Nvidia fx770m, 2.26 GHz dual core

any ideas?
