How were the Alias Boards merged together?

I'm interested in finding a recent post in the former 3D Modeling Board.  The way this Board is sorted I can't find it (I don't remember the "Subject" line exactly).  Looking at the dates in the list it looks like the old Boards were just concatenated one after the other, is that correct?  Can the posts be sorted all together by date?

Yes you can search by date:

1) Go back to the home page for the Alias forum
2) Click the Search button to get to Advanced Search

3) Then note you can edit the sorting options to select "Date"

Brian,

Please show me the specific steps to get this entire board sorted by date only.

Thank you,

Brian,

I tried it again this morning and it’s working as expected.  However it wasn’t working that way right after the 4 or 5 former Alias boards were merged into one.  It was like dates were being sorted within the old boards and then concatenated one after the other.  Nonetheless, it’s fine now.

Thanks,
