Importing Downloaded Models

Hi all,

I am new here and to 3d max too. I need help with my downloaded model. I have dowonloaded model in 3dmax format, i notice some materials missing when i try to open tue model in 3dmax 2017.

Can anyone advise how to retrieve the missing materials?

For missing materials, if it is because the materials are not provided by the creator, so we can do nothing.

But, if the materials are provided by the creator, you can re-upload it in the Material Editor (shortcut: M).
