v-ray installation error

hi..please how can I fix this issue??

You have not given much info to work with but I will make the following suggestions:

1) sometimes the installer itself will be corrupt - If possible download another installer - 

2) do not run 3dsmax while installing. 

3) be sure vray points to your 3dsmax install directory

4) sometimes I find running the installer as admin helps, especially with win9/win10 - just r-click and say run as admin.

5) if you have more problems - check out the vray site forums

6) be sure you completely uninstall previous vray installations -

Autodesk does not make Vray, this question should be directed to the good folks at Chaosgroup.  Also, your version of Vray is way out of date so you might want to grab the latest version from the Chaosgroup website.
