copy/paste keyframes into the same gizmo/ctrl cause different posing

Hello,

i tried to copy and paste a pose of the gizmo/ctrl arm 20 frames after, but it cause a different posing.
Then i found out that if i copy and paste the keyframes of the bones, it works.
No matter if this is a way to do this, i am interessted into a workflow without unhiding the bones of the CAT rig.
