viewport dont work

Hello, first tell you that my english its no so good, i hope you can help me with this problem.

I downloaded 3d max desing 2015 and when i started working i dont have any problem i saved my work to continuos later and i close the program.

But when i go back and i open my work the viewport not work this what i saw:

that was a realistic view, this other one its when a use select a few objects and using realistic + edged faces:

this are the caracterist of my computer:

ram: 16 gb

hard drive: 2 tb

Asus geforce gtx 760 2gb

Asus motherboard sabertooth z87

windows 8.1 64

please i nedd solution this the next monday its the presentation of this work. help me!!
