Render and restart

Good day,my computer when I do render in 3dmax Design, this restarted.
I discard:
- Video card upgrades, that is constantly updated.
- Microprocessor Cooler with dust, the maintenance is performed every 15 days.
- Characteristics of the pc:
Memory 04 corsair dominator 8gb 1866 mhz
Video card: evga nvidia GTX680 2GB DDR5
HD: 240 gb sata corsair solid 3
CPU: amd fx 8350 x8 Vishera 4ghz
OS: Windows 7 64-bit
Could help me with an alternative solution. I thank you very much.

if your computer is restarting during rendering

that could mean your computer is overheating

We did the analysis of this, with the program everest and the values are within the allowed.

That may be...but just for fun...open up the side of the computer, point a fan at it and try rendering again. I had to do this with an old compter I used to have.

It could also be your power supply. When rendering your cpu's are at maximum power draw and if your power supply is borderline, it may put it over the edge.

Wait...is the progream restarting or the computer?

*EDIT* ok, dumb question. The program won't auto restart. Yep...very well could be the power supply.
