Material missing in obj export

I read several post related to OBJ export issues and unfortunately I haven't really found the answer to my problem. My test case is creating a building from a simple cube converted to poly and then slice the cube creating 10 faces. I created a multi-sub material and mapped 3 jpg textures to create commercial, residential, and rooftop. I exported the building to OBJ and looking at the MTL (material) file it doesn't list my JPGs. I've tried several setting changes and no luck. I compared an OBJ/MTL file that works correctly and the formats seem to be a little different. Can anyone provide some insight on this? I attached the the 2 MTL files for your viewing pleasure. Thanks for your help.
