mass fx object wont stop jiggling

I am using massfx for the first time today and I am having a problem with objects continuing to jiggle indefinitely after they bounce.

I have tried playing with sleep settings and sometimes it works if I crank the value way up; but it is inconsistnt, where I can dup a rigid body and the dup will continue jiggling but the original stops.

Am I missing something, or is this broken (I cant see why you would want bounced objects to continue jiggling as if they are having a seizure)?

Has anyone figured this out? I'm getting the same exact problem. I'm rolling dice and when they stop, they just sit there and jiggle....what are we doing wrong?

I am being a bit naive on this one but, why would you run the simulation any longer than you need to animate the motions? once you end that the objects wont move anymore...or am I just not that up on the MassFX stuff?

Assuming the Physical material properties are set the right way,
maybe the Physical Shape which the simulation engine uses for dynamic objects is not identical to the graphic mesh.
Use the “Convert to custom Shape” option described in the tutorial “Using
MassFX mCloth”, it is in the Max Help – Animation Tutorials, take a look into it.

Open the MassFX Toolbox (1st icon on the MassFx toolbar), 2nd tab (from the left), Simulation Settings rollout, On Last Frame:- Stop Simulating.

Not perfect, but does prevent the sim running continuously.
