Language Problem

Everytime i install 3ds max, it starts up in chinese and the whole interface is chinese. I know for sure i downloaded the english version. but i dont have a clue on whats wrong. Can anyone help out?

What version did you download? With Max 2013 onwards switch to Unicode you can change the language after installation (see attached screen).

Before 2012 the language was tied to the version downloaded/on the media.

Hi! I have the same problem!! I downloaded 3Ds max 3 times, and the 3 times it opened in chinese! and I supossedly selected the english version, I don't know how to solve this, because I'm on Windows 8 and it doesn't appear in the same way as the image you put here.

I'm so tired of downloading this program it has given me so many problems

By the way I am using the student version...

How can I change the language? Or do I have to download again the program?
