Importing 2013 Revit entourage (.rpc content) into 3ds Max 2014

I've read 2014 will now import Revit entourage. I've linked a revit 2013 file which shows cubes in place of the entourage. I can select the cubes and view the properties of each component. How do I get the entourage to show correctly & render?Max rpc issue.PNG

In short, no we never resolved this. I worked back & forth with Autodesk Tech support trying software updates, exchanging files, they remoted into my computer, ect. they eventually mimicked the same results on their end. They then suggested it was caused by Archvision and directed me to the Archvision plug-in folks. Unfortunately project production doesn't allow weeks to deal with software glitches, so we completed our project in Revit. If you continue to pursue a resolution, I'd be interested in what you find. Please keep us posted. - Thanks!
