How to Create 3D Left Right Stereoscop​ic Image/Envi​ronment With 3DSMax?

good afternoon!

i'm newbie in 3DSMax and have several question about 3D content creation with it.

Can 3DSMax design 2015 create 3D left right stereoscopic image with negative parallax? (the objects pop out from the screen)

Can it also create 3D Left Right Stereoscopic Virtual Environment (we can explore the 3D Environment) also with negative parallax so the objects pop out from the screen?

what is the best software to create the 3D left right stereoscopic virtual environment which also can create in negative parallax so we can feel inside the designed room, since the objects appear outside from the screen? Software ability to import from 3dsmax design 2015 files preferred.
