Graphite Ribbon problem 2015 sp2

Hi,

I am having a problem with the Graphite Tools Ribbon in Max 2015 sp2. All of the tools seem to display in triplicate.  Is there anyone else who is having this problem or know how to reset it?  I have tried reloading defaults in Max, reseting the ribbon to default, and even copy the working UI Ribbon files from 2014 to 2015 and overwriting them.  None of these things have worked.  Because of the installation process at work, reinstalling Max is the last resort!  :{

Seeing triplate is not fun...  Try resetting the ENU folder.  Here's how:  Reset 3ds Max

Hello.  Have you had a chance to try resetting the ENU folder?
