I was wondering if anyone may have an idea why 3Ds fails to load, according to tech support, error 1603 maybe system? im no IT at all and i have no idea where to start to troubleshoot this pain in the side. Thank you very much.

Yes thank you, i read that as well, apparently an older version of Navisworks add-on was joking during the download, so uninstalled Navis and was finally able to download, thank you again.
