ctrl.ghost plugin

Does anyone know where I can find the ctrl.ghost plugin for importons and irradience particles on versions higher than 2011? It's made by Maximilian Tarpini. I've just bought the book 'mastering mental ray' which ships with a dvd holding older versions only.

It's not really needed in newer versions like 2012/2013. Compiled scripts like the mr manager: http://www.youcandoitvfx.com/?page_id=20 or the render optimizer: http://www.infinity-vision.de/page/ro_menue give you easy access to most all of the hidden features like importons/IP/IBL in an easy to use interface.
