3DSMAX problem! DON'T KNOW WHATS WRONG!

WHATS WRONG? I'm using a windows 7 computer 32bit. I tried downloading a previous and newer version and it still showed up like this!

You're probably using onboard HD4000 graphics (or similar). Those onboard chipsets are simply not up to the job - you need to buy a decent graphics card. Check your system specs against the Max 2013 System Requirements and the Recommended Graphics Hardware.
Max 2016 (SP1/EXT1)
Win7Pro x64 (SP1). i5-3570K @ 4.4GHz, 8Gb Ram, DX11.
nVidia GTX760 (2GB) (Driver 430.86).

In this case, max should IMHO display some helpful error messages, like: "Can't use this graphic card"
