Are service packs still cumulative?

It doesn't make note of it in the notes for SP2 or 3.

Can somebody explain how to use sequencer ?

My problem :

I have a camera A, animated from frame 100 to frame 200.

I create a state, activate camera track, move begin and end track to 100 and 200

If I move camera A's track in sequencer, so the track goes from frame 0 to frame 100, my camera is not animated from frame 0 to frame 100.

Help please...

You would think so, as AD has a history of doing it, but in 2014 Read-Me they would outright state the update was cumulative. Neither of the 2015 SP 2 or 3 Read-me files say this.

I just need to be sure before I hand off this installer to my IT guy and tell him he can discard the SP2 installer.

Is there a reason why we can only install SP3 through the application manager instead of simply downloading it from the website?

This means we need to download this SP3 on every computer to install in individualy on every computer on our renderfarm... really?...

Steve, SP3 isn't in the 'Featured' list above, but if you look at the list below you'll find the link.  Also helps to filter by 2015 on the left.

I could not reproduce that with simple scene consisting of some planes and sphere.

This happens not all the time. I didn't find the steps to reproduce it... I will continue to monitor this.
