3ds max 2014 installation don't work

Okay I am really angry now, why all of you're 3ds max installation don't work.

 

Everytime I download 3ds max 2014 this error shows up.

 

 

 

 

Please someone explain how to get this working because it has 3 years that 3ds max doesn't work on my powerful PC. It's getting really ridiclous now.
