2015 Scene Explorer not Work (microsoft.net framework error)

3ds Max 2015 Sp2, Dell precision T7610 Win 7   (windows all update)  Nvidia K6000 (driver all updates )  dell all updates

 

Viewport Shutdow (image atach)  scenes explorer any times....

 

Viewport very Slow when  desactivate backface culling .

 

Viewport freezing and stop  update  😞

 

2015 = very viewport bug 😞

Problem solved...

Delete user autodesk folder (dfault) 

change windows User profile restriction to +  previlegios network  (not admiistrator) .
