Help with linking Cat with P/R Controllers

Just as the subject says. Could someone explain how i can link the bones to the CAT rig objects using P/R controllers?

Sorry, i think i explained my problem wrong. I ment how can i link the bones to the cat rig with rotation controllers or with position controllers?

in the motion panel when you click on animation layer a drop down for positon, scale and rotation will appear.  look in the help file its there
