3ds max modifier

Hi is there any 3ds max modifier to make two planes match up perfect like this image on the red line, I mean the shape of the plane not the texture?

I'm personally not aware of any modifier to do this. But I do have two scripts that can accomplish this:

Vert Stitcher in Miauu's Script Pack 2

and

Ant Stitcher

I have both. I recommend the first as it is part of a collection of useful scripts and is a very good price. Although I've had Ant Stitcher longer and have used it a lot more. Both are good.
