3ds Max 2013 crash when installing

Got this error while installing from the website in my new Asus Windows 8.1 x64. I already installed AutoCAD 2013 succesfully and Inventor 2013 with material error aswell (although I can open it).

Got this error report message attached.

Anyone can help please?

"Install Autodesk Material Library 2013 - Medium Resolution Library Failed Download Failed, Installation aborted, Result=1603"

Perhaps try the browser download option instead? So as you have all the files offline before installation. Leave the downloaded files where they download to initially... do not move the installation files to another folder or PC.

Are you making sure to right-click the installation file and 'Run as administrator...' ?

Although Cycle Redundancy Check errors are usually the result of a corrupt download.

Same problem, unexpected end of archive with "ASMLOP218I.dll". I'm
downloading the file again (as i read in this forum) to see if finaly it
works.

Thanks for your help
