3DS Max 2013 64-bit english won't start

Hello everyone! I've been using 3DS Max 2013 64-bit student version for 2 months now and its been running smoothly ever since. 

However, when I opened it today, it does not start anymore. Its not showing in the task manager either. So I tried uninstalling, reinstalling, and even repairing it but its still not working 😞 I tried to search for solutions in the internet but I haven't found any solutions yet.

Please I really need help 😞 I need to start working again because we have a project deadline this week and I cannot continue working on it if my Max still won't work 😞
