2015 Backburner error - File not found DefaultSettingsParser

Hi guys - when I submit any job to a localhost backburner I get the attached error.

Any hints?

Out of curiosity - I uninstalled Backburner 2015... and downloaded and installed Backburner 2014.

Same error.
